We’ve spent our careers fixing the same problems at different small businesses: DNS records nobody could explain, email that stopped reaching the inbox, WordPress sites running plugins from 2019, Microsoft 365 tenants with no MFA, Google Workspace accounts nobody offboarded.
These problems aren’t hard to solve — they’re just boring and easy to put off. And the businesses that needed help didn’t have anywhere good to go. Big managed services firms wanted long contracts and enterprise minimums. Freelancers were great until they got busy. In-house IT hires didn’t make sense for a 20-person company.
