Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. Migration from your existing host and onboarding onto our platform is included in your first month. Larger or unusual migrations may be quoted separately, but it's always disclosed upfront before you sign up.
Can I bundle hosting with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace management?
Yes, and most customers do. Email & productivity management is priced on top of your hosting plan. If you're on Business or Premium hosting, we'll usually bundle a discount when you add it.
How do general IT services work?
General IT services (helpdesk, hardware, networks, security, compliance) are always custom quoted based on your team size and coverage needs. Most ongoing retainers fall between $1,500 and $8,000 per month. One-time projects are quoted fixed-price. Get in touch and we'll put together a proposal.
What if I have more than one website?
Premium includes up to 3 sites. If you have more than 3 sites or a portfolio of brand sites, we offer multi-site pricing that scales with your needs. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We'll hand over full documentation of your environment and a clean backup so whoever takes over isn't starting from scratch.
What's not included?
Third-party licenses (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace seats, domain registration) are billed directly by the vendor — we don't mark them up. Larger development projects, new site builds, and custom integrations are quoted separately as one-time engagements.
